Short CV
I received my master's degree in computer science with high distinction from the Technische Universität München, Germany in March 2013.
In May 2013 I started my PhD studies in the Image Group at the Department of Computer Science (DIKU), University of Copenhagen, funded by a grant from the Danish Council for Independent Research, Natural Sciences.
I am part of the SkyML team, which investigates image analysis and machine learning methods for applications in astronomy.
Research Interests
My research focuses on domain adaptation and label-noise robust algorithms for machine learning. I am particularly interested in applying these in the context of astronomy.
